Technology

PreDx is an expert provider of analytical services based on MSD™ digital immunoassay platform. We have deep experience with running 100s of research samples as well as developing sensitive homebrew immunoassays through many years.

MESO Quickplex from MesoScale Discoveries is an immunoassay-based platform that utilizes high binding carbon electrodes and electro chemiluminescence detection. This is a more sensitive and versatile alternative to a conventional ELISA.

Additionally, we have access to various analytical immunoassay instruments from Quanterix and Thermo Fisher Scientific supplementing our own laboratory capabilities.

Quality

All research samples are analyzed in Pre Diagnostics facilities that work according to ISO 13485. A QMS system is implemented. Moreover, the following applies

All work is carried out following SOPs

All personnel are trained for the analysis and procedures they perform

All analytical methods can be experimentally validated according to customer purpose of use

Only high-quality reagents with Certificate of analysis (CoA) are used

All instruments used are qualified and calibrated
